Scheduled – We’d like to inform you of a maintenance window for Sectigo, an SSL provider cPanel uses to issue certificates. During this scheduled maintenance, attempts to renew a Sectigo or cPanel-branded SSL certificate during the times set out below will not receive a response. Existing SSL certificates will continue to function as normal.
The maintenance windows are as follows:
Sunday, February 12, from 00:00 AM – 02:00 AM UTC (approximately two hours)
Any attempts to renew or purchase Sectigo SSL certificates during the times above will result in errors.
Alternatively, the User should be able to generate SSL using Let’s Encrypt from the cPanel menu.
